But looking ahead... Even at my age I can see the world running short will
become a problem. The further out we get a handle on it, the better it will be
for the consumer. Current tech companies that wait to shift will suffer the
most. So they have a bit of a preasure situation also (if) the have suitable
tech for alternate energy, and they sit on it too long, they risk losing their
finacial position. If they switch too soon (in their point of reference) they
risk losing value in what stocks and technology they currently have. 

Anyway, it wont be 'good' for the consumer.
