But then the reason was pretty clear. The OPEC nations tightened the oil supplies and caused the hike in pump prices. Now we have a hugh jump in demand. I think it's a precieved opportunity rather than a realy one. I can still recall local dealers taking advantage of the 9/11 disaster to gouge their customers. It took the state to issue a warning to stop them and return things to near normal. I wouldn't be at all surprised to learn something very similar has happened again. ....
