Believe me -- it wouldn't be the first time my mail has been sent to 
Wisconsin.  But usually only if it originates in the USA.  Otherwise I 
have had mail sent to Bahrain, the Bahamas, Bangalore, Bermuda, and any 
number of B-beginning cities in coutries all over the world.  :-/
