Of course not.  And frankly, you see all those suckers sitting on their 
asses in Louisiana and waiting for someone *else* to save them?  Let 'em 
drown.  The state and local officials dropped the ball badly, and the 
sit-around-and-wait-for-a-handout crowd deserve what they got.
