    This is were G. Bush went wrong.  I can see fighting the war to overthrow
    a dictator, but why rebuild the country?  The stated reason was to build
    Iraq as a democracy.  Iraq has never been a democracy and never will be
    one.  The country is now on the verge of being a Muslim theorcary (actually
    three thecracies (Shitite, Sunni and Kurdish).  How does the instalation
    of a theocracy in Iraq (which we are financing) further the purpose of
    democracy?
