  It irritates me a bit to know that less than 5 miles from me is an Ashland
refinery, and the prices are so high here. I mean, obviously, there's the
reality of nation-wide distro problems, but it's a little too much like how I
pay more for the electricity produced at the Niagara Falls plant 12 miles away
than NYC does for the SAME power from the SAME source on the other side of the
state.
