  You know...  TheWoman was on a chat cite the other night and a decorated
retired ex-marine was in there, VERY angry.

  See, he's about 50 miles out from New Orleans and owns a VERY big boat, with
which he's offered to cruise right into the city and do whatever he can to help
whoever he can, literally up to bringing people into his own home if there's
nowhere else to bring them to.

  Though he's offered to sign any waver they'd like him to sign regarding
personal safety and sign-off on any kind of property damage he might incur, etc
etc etc.

  The guy just wants to help, and is an excellent position to do so.

  But they won't let him in.  WTF?
