I would not even rebuild the cesspool they call New Orleans. No one is to blame
but the city/state officials. They ALL knew for YEARS that this was going to
eventually happen and NO-ONE prepared for it. There was NO mandatory building
codes, NOTHING!! The emergency officials had NO backup systems in place for
communications,etc.. Why didn't the police/fire/etc// NOT have boats?? How in
the HELL do they expect to get around in a flooding situation? Inner tubes?? I
am sick and tired at the morons who blame the federal government. Get a clue
people!!
