The aide could have been (should ahve been) put on alert, ready to roll as soon
as it was prudent. NOT days later!

There was little doubt that the huricane was comming ashore. resources all over
the south should ahve been notified to be ready to roll.

That's how they did it for Florida. (I just heard Al Sharptons remarks/speach.)
