Don't the people of New Orleans deserve the same treatment as those in Florida? They had plenty of aide when the last huricane came thru and they didn't have to wait days for it either. Emergent measures were needed to be rolling BEFORE the storm hit land. There was alot of things that could have been done to prepare for aiding victums/survivors.
