Clearly, he doesn't read MUCH of what's expressed, or he wouldn't be so tragically incorrect about my views while trying to roast me for them at the same time. Even in his reply, he STILL makes the absolutely incorrect assumption my views are partisan, which utterly misses the point of most of what I typed in the first place. *shrug* I reply for completeness' sake, not to convert morons, in full knowledge that most of what's said will likely zoom from ear to ear without hitting anything in between (metaphorically speaking, of course, as this is a text medium). But not to, to me, represents a surrender to ignorance, faulty assumptions, and pretty much everything that's wrong with the establishment AND, progressively, the culture. I'd rather err by far on the side of detailed communication rather than dumb-down the replies to suit intellectual laziness. The whole point of replying to political topics, in most cases I bother to, is to address the point. Not the person.
