And what's wrong with the State itself attempting to figure something 
else out if he couldn't get the money from the feds....

besides..the residents were warned to evacuate...obviously there were 
some that couldn't for certain reasons...but there were ones that were 
quite able to leave that didn't...for whatever reason...if everyone that 
could have left would have there would be alot less human tragedy in the 
aftermath...

all this is neither here nor there...it's ridiculous and asinine to 
blame *anyone* rep, dem, white, black, blue, green, or purple for a 
*natural* disaster....they happen, they cause major damage and loss of 
life but there is nothing *anyone* can do about it except pick up the 
pieces and move on....
