Holy Cow, Ralph!!!

You run someone thru a huricane, starve'em for a few days stick'em in the
barest of shelters and they all start to look the same. 

Yes there are a few idiots that thought it might be fun to SEE a huricane. You
can't help that. But you can't think that they amount to a percent of the folks
sitting in hell in NO.

And as far as looting goes... What's left to take? And what would they do with
the stuff now? They are trying to survive in a place no one would want to be,
and they can't get out... Sounds like those knuckleheads are paying a stiff
price for 'stupid'
