Until the last couple years, the albertan oil sands for one... and that's one
that has been sitting out in the wide open forever.  Oil shale as I said is
another.  Coal can also be turned to produce both diesel and gasoline
replacements.  New sources show up to keeps us going with monotonous
regularity.  Which is good as replacements haven't been showing up all that
regularily at all.
