  On the news today there was a woman rather bluntly wanting to know why we
  could spend over 200 billion and a huge malitary force on "rebuilding"
  Iraq and they could get virtually no help to SURVIVE Hurricane Katrina.

  She stated they were getting NO help and were desperate.

  Just stating what was on broadcast radio today.
