Oh! So now we blame the middle man. Don't they have it rough enough? What with
all the paper shuffeling and phone answering? Can we, the people, the
consumers, live with our selves and blame the middle men of America? They serve
a valuble service here.

Until recently, they had to make all those trips to the banks and for what? Did
we pay them EXTRA for their efforts? Not a penny! These people put in long
[lunch] hours for the company and work several weeks a year. Can we just sit
around and find fault with everything they do.

I mean who else holds our interests so close to the own hearts?

It's not a job I would undertake easily.
