Thanks to the person who advised me to change my Virtual Memory settings. I
set it to "System Managed Size" and it seems to keep my computer running a
little more smoothly now. I guess my memory settings were too small set by the
default installation of Win Xp and hadn't noticed it would be a problem for me.
