Sounds like it. Although after 9/11 the gas prices jumped from 1.60' to 2-4
dollars per gallon that day (or next). It was obvious as to what the retailers
were doing. It's called WAR profiteering and it's illegal.

I don't think Hawaii falls into that catagory (yet).
