   I wouldn't have thought this possible. What is "The strategic Reserve"?

   Is it oil stored in ground not being produced or is it actually above 
   ground in tanks being held in reserve. We were talking about this on the 
   radio today and one of the guys mentioned that there was enough oil in the 
   reserve to supply the country for 90 days. Thats a lot of oil!
