Yeah, and the Carbon Dioxide you expell _could_ be controlled as well. 
There's no reason not to, although I see no reason to control it either.  
I think it would be an unnecessary nuisance.  Oh, and it would 
overcomplicate our lives, as emmisions control has overcomplicated our 
vehicles.  It would make breathing more expensive, as it has made our 
vehicles more expensive.  But hey, why not!  Maybe the giant liberal 
government teet can provide us all with CO2 reclamation devices to wear on 
our backs!
