I didnt write the software, the author who did has since passed away..

In the programs documentation, he clearly documented it for release to Fidonet
Sysops, however for a few years only major mail movers had it, perhaps for
good reason, given the nature of packet ramming and the like..

I hatched it out to everyone last Spring, much to a chagrin of a few..

NOBOGUS is a good tool if used properly.
