I said no gateways and gatways includes gates to other FTN style networks and 
RFC networks. That was in the elisting.

I am trying to verify something about this and will be speaking with Thom later 
today via netmail. However, I will say that when I rcently submitted a rules 
file, the RUL responce had one file name and the elist entry had another. 
Possibly because of the acual lenght of the echo tag name.
