 Only problem w/ ARQ here is that my sw doesn't show that as something
I can set on a msg.

 Otoh if you're referring to something that'd be put w/ the ^aFLAGS
kludge then that I could put in by hand. (aamof if someone has a
full list of what can be put there i'd appreciate a copy)
