It's not political, but A is accusing B of something that B did to C while it was being done to A. As far as ISPs go, if you are trying to be like an ISP, it's failing. I think I would have second thoughts about going into an ISP's office to get a connection and while being told of how good they are, there was an argument going on with the people running the place concerning each other and other ISPs with accusations flying in all directions. Fidonet is a peer to peer network. It can be run as a server/client network if the clients desire. Getting the clients to desire is the crux of the problem and it is failing in this echo as well as other places. :( I'm not talking about the differences between the Z1B and the NAB or others in regards to what they offer or don't. The Z1B can offer strawberry shortcake for all I care. The NAB can offer strawberry shortcake as well. How that is presented is the subject. When all sides are throwing the cake at each other, the customers are leaving. Get over it. This is not the old Fidonet where it was easy to have a big group that controlled things and could throw what they like around at each other while the minions watched in horror and fear. Fidonet is killing itself. Hope that helps, Frank http://pages.sbcglobal.net/flv http://bise.tzo.com/r19 --- PPoint 3.01 * Origin: Holy Cow! I'm A Point!! (1:124/6308.1) .
