It's become obvious that Todd Cochrane's system is no longer functioning
properly and I have set him as "inactive" in my IREX configs.  I sincerly
regret that this has happened.

Can someone tell me if I am to presume that it will not be fixed until Todd
returns from Afghanistan, whenever that may be?

Also, there is the matter of the 13 networks in Zone 1 that were connected to
him for ERN; can someone tell me who has picked up Todd's downlinks so that I
can edit my route files?
