Righto... Having experienced the track record _first_hand_ and the log files to 
prove it, Ms Dylan knows not of the routing anomalies I have witnessed, 
misrouting, delays and holdups and the like. Its perhaps more his software than 
anything else?

In defense of Todd, he serves in the US Navy, given the current military 
posture, I am sure his attentions are well diverted elsewhere, I would venture 
to speculate that wife and kid(s) arent enjoying his presence?

Much of the recent routing issues I raised with Todd in a recent message, 
occurred well before the tragic events of 09/11.

Many of the issues I raised have been ongoing for 2 years off and on, usually 
with responses like:

"I will look into this ASAP"

"Copy"

"Roger"

or no response at all.
