This is all semantics, it dont matter how many of them voted, this is a RARE 
vote for them to have done something in which their vote had a effect on those 
not part of their 'club'.

It was never ever done before, but they felt it necessary, oh well, thats what 
kontrol is all about isnt it, pretty soon they will vote on what mail reader 
Bennie Hutto can use?

Its relatively moot, they packaged that file along with their SLA, it most 
certainly more of one of their info files now by how they associated it, than 
it was before, we should only see it once a month, whoopie. Its still 
unfathomable why the publishers dont want their own FDN as the new way of 
distro is a hindrance to their goals.
