No but the term FILEBONE is nothing but a generic relic of the past, like other 
terms such as but not limited to:

Xerox, Aspirin et al.

It doesnt matter the game of semantics you want to play here, the Z1B is not 
the sole owner of the BACKBONE FDN, and did not consult those they shared it 
with.
