The WWB doesnt directly hatch into BACKBONE, they technically have their own FDN distributed amongst themselves across the ponds, Barry sends their files with TIC's ZIPped up to Janis for her to hatch for them, its done as a courtesy to those Z1WWB participants, their files qualify, however not many of them across the ponds are taking the BACKBONE FDN if any.
