Actually the original intent was (John and I talked voice on this summer 2000) 
for the Z1BC to be:

A. The spokesperson
B. Not a Tier1
C. The compiliator and releaser of the BACK*.Z1B and SLA files.
D. The person acking echo requests. (Z1B equivilant of NAB Robot)

Now I realize that John has done C & D up til he left, but he even voiced a 
preference but never pushed for it, that the Z1BC do that task. Bodini then and 
you now didnt and dont have the time to do it, therefore asked others to do it 
for them, Souvestre then Dale. But if you follow the technical spirit of the 
intent, Dale is doing for you that which you should be, echnically speaking of 
course.

You arent really coordinating anything, you are a voice, a mouth or a press 
secretary. You cannot do anything on the behalf of the Z1B, and none of the 
prior ones could either, without having done the vote thang. Your title is a 
misnomer, but only because the acronyms for other titles would be silly.
(think what Z1B Spokeman would look like in acronym form?)

Who created what isnt the issue here.. But if you want tp lump all that in the 
argument, it was created while John was in the NAB, John left the NAB, do you 
deny?

and others can object to your file in that FDN, since it has yet to pass muster
