What is /really/ flabbergasting is that you and Dale et al don't realize that a 
HUB has a responsibility to his or her downlinks. That's why Jack and Ross are 
complaining, because /their/ /downlinks/ are complaining.

After all, that's who we do it for; the end links. We work for them, not for 
some pie-in-the-sky SLA. The Z1B seems to have lost sight of that fact, and 
choose instead to ignore the wishes of those links in favor of imposing their 
own selfish political agenda upon all end links.
