Your recollection is faulty, sir. Steve Byers compiled the
ROUTELST from December of 1999 (the 19th) to 27 August 2000.
I have performed that task ever since that date.

There is, therefore, no way that Steve chould have hatched
the ROUTELST for "over a year"... Unless your definition of
"year" is vastly different from that used by the rest of the
world.

On what other issues are your recollections so faulty, sir?
