Up until my downlinks started complaining about the first couple and subsequent releases of that file into the wrong FDN, I chose to correct your error while making that file more than available, did I tell you I hunted the last incarnation of that file down and made it available, despite it not propogating properly due to an error on the hatchers part? Does this file lose any of its value as a Z1B info file if you release it in its own FDN? It seems to me that you are more interested in thumping your "we voted" onto everyone as if you are the ultimate bastion of democracy, not so if we consider the individuals listed as Z1B entities dont constitute the entire network as a whole, I hope you dont think this?
