She didnt encourage no one, she is responding to multiple complaints, received 
over the past few months.

Nothing of yours is being modified, ALLFIX here doesnt even do virus scan or 
care for ZIP file comments, everything is passed on as it is received.

What really is flabergasting you is that my downlinks are not subservient to 
the votes of the Z1B.

I do not recall anyone condoning that action. Prove it!

Perhaps you are unaware that the person who hatched the latest file 
IRNROUTE.238, screwed it up so badly that it didnt propogate properly?

Seems he sent boo koo copies of that file to his file uplink, each copy 
_without_ a TIC file, so many that alphabetic letter were evident to keep each 
file send unique in his file uplinks inbound. The likes of me went and obtained 
the file and informed the other tier1 Z1B hubs how to obtain the file, as well 
as informing anyone else downstream of me. If I didnt want your precious little 
chart to propogate I wouldnt, moreso I wouldnt have gone to the effort to find 
out what happened to 238, but I did.

So why dont you take your "chicken little, the sky is falling" conspiracy 
theories and schtick them where the sun dont shine.
