Gimme!  In the past I've gotten sinus difficulties to the degree that I would
become disoriented and forget how to fight gravity.  The doc said it was
pressure on the inner ear bits; I once hit the floor bagging my own groceries
in the Winn-Dixie.  My wife is having a heck of a time with headaches and such
as I type.
