Beside the point, Mark. They didn't do that then and are now seemingly
intent upon usurping previously existing FDNs by redefining what is "proper"
to be hatched in them, in contradiction of the definitions from the relevent
authoritative body.

It really does boggle the mind how they keep right on pissin' off those whom
they should be cooperating with.
