It is the WAY it has always been done.. even the Filebone did NOT just accept 
any fdn because some jerk wanted to flood the system.

Under the filebone, first you had to report to larry the estimates of what 
would be going through the FDN.  Then HE brought it up for a vote in FileMovers 
where all the HUBs who have to MOVE the traffic voted either yes or no.

I haven't  employed the same method because in the past, USRobotics paid our 
freight, but now I may start doing it the same way.

No I'm not.  It was your intention to flood the system and you can't deny the 
evidence.

What is funny is not what YOU perceive as some sort of sick humor in your 
actions regarding the release of IRNROUTE file, first in releasing a file over 
3 or 4 FDNs (you idiot, it would dupe out and go NOWHERE, but maybe I should 
have let you go ahead with your foolish and ignorant plan); No, what is funny 
is that every single day I only allow about 20-30megs of Gamesnet files to pass 
through to other HUBs.   I would do the same with your FDN... if I ever let you
send out any files again to the filegate system.
