Yes it's true.

And you can see how much in the way of "dictatorial" powers I have over things 
like the filegate -  Why, I just love monitoring the total megabytes of files 
going through the filegate day in day out <g>

Joking aside, there _is_ something to be said about all of our Filegate FDN 
coordinators.  They are a _responsible_ bunch, and do not feel a need to "hatch 
this first, no matter what", or "hatch this file, even though it's absolute 
crap".  A lot of work went into building the FileGate distribution, and I'm 
sure no one of us would want someone like Todd to throw that away.
