ya GOTTA be sending it to the wrong 'bot if you're trying to turn on a FDN and 
the reply is indicating failure to locate an ECHO by that name... allfix 
doesn't do echomail (yet)...

unless it's a beta of the new allfix that's supposedly going to be able to do 
echomail as well as FDNs, i don't see it...
