I agree with you though, should Todd go forward with this 'plan' as I heard it described to me today, it would _indeed_ be excessively annoying (and this is not based on the text of the message you are quoting, but rather it is based on someone reading to me the content of one of Todd's messages in a private echo where he made it quite clear that he was intending on crashing the FileGate system by releasing these files.)
