that i dunno... whatever the case, many will feel that it's too much... i mean, 
geez... i still keep several 2400 modems around for emergency backups... i know 
that my phone bill went from $500US a month @ 2400 to less than $100US @ 
16800... either way, it's money and time wasted and thrown away...
