The last brouhaha that broiled over NOBOGUS, was that it was being used to trap 
what its operator thought "might or could be dupes" based on the fact that they 
were predominantly gated traffic. Not to be confused with a piss poor system 
config at 1:273/416 whom was regurgitating messages as if they originated on 
his system.

The operator had just started using NOBOGUS and wasnt to tactful in dealing 
with a sysop who was gating in a couple of Linux echoes.
