Something that Todd, Dale and David dont want to admit is that creating the FDN 
for their chart, will empower those to receive the file whom want the file.

Carl Austin Bennett, said it best the other day, they are afraid it wont have 
the same presence as Foxy's chart or any other chart. I already pointed out 
with my own nubers in ALLFIX, that not all my links take any routing chart 
oriented FDN, I am hazarding a guess here, but I bet they dont want anyones 
routing chart, I could be wrong?

I have asked over and over from the above crowd who they feel needs a routing 
chart, they cant provide a answer, they feel that people are to dumb to send in 
a FIX message to their uplinks file processor to turn on whatever file echo 
that would float their boat, you dont have to be English royalty to access 
them.
