Is it more important what the percentage is, or is it more important to reject 
the objections raised because the Zee1Bee has voted?

No one on either bone has complained about the others Back*.* files.

Can anyone here tell me how many folk need _any_ route list?

Only one group is requiring the whole of the zone to be bound by their votes 
and/or SLA.
