A. They were stopped, actually I created ECHOSTAT FDN.

B. Both those have more to do with ECHOMAIL than a ROUTING FILE.

C. 14+ copies of EASTSTAR.NA and EASTSTAR.ZIP were not hatched.

D. Even if they were, they did not have a "unique" julian date file extension.
   which would mean 14+ distinct and separate files. Were hatched with the
   REPLACE directive.

E. No one had to suffer through 14+ unrelated files, that accumulate with each 
passing week.

Does the Z1B control the BBS file areas and FTP servers of everyone?
