Why do you even say such a thing, the NAB didnt vote on anything, I havent 
heard any rumblings on declaring any file a NAB info file.

I cant believe you Carl, from a Region who "claims" to have the rights of 
sysops at heart, you seems perfectly comfortable with the Z1B trampling upon 
them.

Why dont you save this conspiracy theory for some other time, if anyone starts 
honking that BACKSTAT/BONE.Z1B and the SLA shouldnt be hatched in the BACKBONE 
FDN, then I'll start bitching about it with ya.
