You are not on the Routing committee?

Good, so stop releasing the file in the BACKBONE area.  It doesn't belong in 
that file echo.  Create your own file echo.

That doesn't make a difference here Dale.  NO one needs get the OK of your 
distribution to release an information file in the BACKBONE file echo.  They 
need to:

1) be a recognized spokeman/contact of a distribution system 2) contact me to 
arrange a link if necessary, and if it is a proper file for distribution in the 
area, it can be released.

You seem to think that because the area is a "shared" area that somehow you 
jokers have something to say about what is and what is not distributed.. sorry, 
you are wrong.  If you don't like this fact, you can start your own 
distribution system.

I love your logic. Too bad it is such a waste of energy for you.  Don't knock 
yourself out.
