Both Steve Byers and I were offered hatch privileges -=either=-
the BACKBONE file area or the Z1_REC area. Steve (or his uplink)
chose the the area in which it was hatched. I left it there when
I took over, partly to avoid the highly vocal panties-in-a-wad
bleats of "you can't change this" from the likes of ya'll.
