Kindly resolve the conflict in the BACKBONE file echo as well.  This is formal 
request for 1:396/1 or any other Z1B HUB, link or listmaker, to stop hatching 
the IRNROUTE.* routing list in the BACKBONE file echo.

To resolve this matter quickly and effeciently, kindly forward the echo tag 
name you have created for this purpose, along with the node number and name of 
the person who will be hatching the file, to me before 10PM EST today, August 
26th, 2001.
