It appears that not enough people in the Z1B cares about listing new echoes,
and that the actual readership of the Z1B distributed echomail is so small that
no one cares whether new echoes get Z1Backboned or not?  These moderators are
wanting in but apparently nobody's listening.

C'mon guys, get off yer duffs and wake up to the fact that there's more to
mail-moving than technical excellence and bitching about last weeks insults
from the people across the street, real or imagined, or letting your well-run
system move the mail in the closet with little or no attention on your part.
